April 12 - Easter Sunrise Service
This service held by the Canon City Ministerial Alliance takes place on the south rim of the Royal Gorge at sunrise. Gates open 1/2 hour before the service begins.
May 1 thru May 31
Military Appreciation Month
All active and retired military personnel with military ID and their families will receive 50% off of the general admission fee or individual season passes. (Not valid for family season passes).
Fremont County Appreciation Month
All Fremont County residents with photo ID will receive 50% off of the general admission fee or individual season passes. (Not valid for family season passes).
May 10 - Mother's Get in Free Day
Admission is free for all Mothers.

September 5, 6 & 7 - Mountain Man Rendezvous
Take a trip back in time when mountain men and women would come out of the mountains to trade their goods. Period costume contests, blackpowder rifle match, throwing contests of tomahawks, knives, frying pans and rolling pins.
